Single tube sieve test for heat transfer enhancement in heat exchanger

Description

The sieve test of single out-ribbed tube for oil-water heat transfer enhancement and the sieve test of single outside-and-inside finned tube for water-water heat transfer enhancement are described. The results of heat transfer tests and drag tests are given. Some regression formulas of heat coefficients are also given. The test results show that the overall heat transfer coefficient of out-ribbed tube is about 15% higher than smooth tube and of outside-and-inside finned tube is about 50%
