Description
In order to explore probes for Aβ(1-40), Re(CO)3+-flavone derivative has been prepared and in vitro binding research showed Re(CO)3+-flavone derivative bond to Aβ(1-40) plaques with high affinity (0.65 nM) via fluorescence, then 99mTc(CO)3+-flavone derivative was prepared with high labeling yield of more than 99%. Biodistribution in normal mice demonstrated that uptake of 99mTc(CO)3+-flavone in brain was moderate (2 min,ID/g %: 0.42±0.13), and the clearance in brain was fast (2 min, ID/g %: 0.11±0.03), the results showed 99mTc(CO)3+-flavone should be a candidate as novel detector of Aβ(1-40) plaques.
