A fluid basis for matter

Description
The concept of charged particles being constituted by fluid in the form of pairs of vortex rings spinning in opposite directions is tested by examining the action of the pairs to determine the nature of the positive and negative charges, and to provide a basis for the stability of the pairs. These pairs are further tested by showing how like pairs of rings repel while opposite pairs of rings attract. These pairs are then examined to see how the electron remains away from the proton while it is attracted to and annihilated by the positron. The electron structure is also tested by analyzing the production of a magnetic field and the structure and action of an electromagnet
