Description
In an experiment with a neutral detector in the electron-positron storage ring VEPP-2M on the basis of the interference behavior of the cross section for the reaction e+e-→π+π- in the region of the phi meson we have measured the probability of the decay phi→π+π-B(phi→π+π-) = (0.63/sup +0.37//sub -0.28/) x 10-4 and the phase of the interference with the nonresonance amplitude psi = -20 +- 130
