Parameters of the laser plasma based on the polycrystals of CuInS2, copper and indium compounds
Description
The results of studying the electron temperature and density of the laser plasma, formed under the effect of the neodymium laser on the polycrystalline target of CuInS2 and also on the targets of pure copper and indium, are presented. It is established, that the average temperature of the laser plasma by the laser feed-up density on the surface of the crystalline target ≤ 108 W/Cm2 is within the range of 0.55-0.77 eV. The value of the electrons average density in the laser flare nucleus on the CuInS2 basis reaches 2.2 x 1016 cm-3
