Registration of crack initiation during specimen tests for crack resistance

Description

Two methods for determination crack initiation during crack resistance tests are suggested. The first method is based on measurung displacement of crack edges in two-console gauge of strain type. The second one lies in joint consideration of experimental and calculated P-f diagrams (P-load, f-displacement of load point). Methods were demonstrated on 10KhSND steel specimens
