Study of gas evolution in various type oxide superconductors on vacuum annealing

  • 1. Moskovskij Inzhenerno-Fizicheskij Inst., Moscow (Russian Federation)

Description

The results of studying the process of thermovacuum simulation of superconductivity and the dynamics of oxygen release in metal-oxide ceramic HTSCs of different classes are presented. Apparent activation energies have been found to equal: 550±30 kJ x mole-1, 110±15 kJ x mole-1 and 190±20 kJ x mole-1 for Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4-δ, YBa2Cu3O7-δ and Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8-δ, respectively. 13 refs., 2 figs., 2 tabs
