Electric resistance of Zr-Gd solid solutions in 0.8-4.2 K temperature range

Description
Measurements of electric resistance temperature dependence are carried out for Zr polycrystalline samples with different Gd amounts (c=10sup(-3)-1.0 wt%) within the 0.8-4.2 K temperature range. In all cases at T<=2.2 K peculiar decrease of electric conductivity localized in temperature is observed. Temperature of this peculiarity (Tsub(k)) defined according to the beginning of electric conductivity falling increases with Gd content
