Generalized technique for thermodynamic optimization of closed cycle gas-turbine plants

Description
A technique is presented for optimization calculations of NPP gas-turbine plants-with high-temperature gas-cooled thermal and fast neutron reactors as well as liquid-salt reactors. The generalized physically correct technique for thermodynamical optimization of closed cycle gas-turbine plants based on ''ideal-gas'' solution is developed, the reality of working medium being accounted for by a correction. A conceptual possibility of estimating the efficiency and optimum parameters of closed cycle gas-turbine plant employing scarcely investigated substances at a minimum initial data on their properties is shown
