Description
With its verdict of June 26, 1978 - VII A 1097/76 -, the Higher Administrative Court in Muenster has dismissed with costs the appeal of a nuclear energy opponent against a rejection by the court of first instance. The appeal was dismissed. The value in litigation was fixed at DM 10.000. The plaintiff had objected against the construction and operation of power plants in general and against the Wuergassen power plant in particular. Das OVG Muenster hat mit Beschluss vom 27.6.1978 - VII A 1097/76 - die Berufung eines Kernenergiegegners gegen ein abweisendes Urteil 1. Instanz kostenpflichtig zurueckgewiesen. Die Revision wurde nicht zugelassen. Der Streitwert wurde auf DM 10.000,-- festgesetzt. Die vom Klaeger erhobenen Einwendungen richteten sich gegen die Anlage und den Betrieb von KKWs ueberhaupt, besonders aber gegen das KKW Wuergassen.
