Description
Optical emission spectroscopy of pulsed modulated radiofrequency discharge in pure nitrogen at pressures 130 Pa - 15 kPa has been used for observation of the rotational structure of the 2nd positive system. Rotational temperature of plasma has been determined from resolved spectra of rotational structure of the 2nd positive system using Boltzmann plot (Authors)
