Detection and control of irradiation food
Description
Methods for detection and control of irradiated food products has been presented. Among the physical methods electron spin resonance, thermoluminescence, chemiluminescence, viscosimetry, electric conductivity and near infrared spectroscopy have been used for different kind of food control. Among the chemical methods has been shown the next: cyclobutane determination, o-tyrosine determination and investigations of DNA damages. The microbiological and biological methods have been also described
