General issues of adjustment of the steam generator feedwater control system at the Rovno NPP with WWER-440 reactors

Description

Problems of adjustment of steam generator feedwater control system at the Rovno NPP with WWEER-440 reactors are discussed. The feedwater regulator designed for the maintenance of water level in steam generator, is made according to three-pulse circuit and it receives signals as to water level feedwater and vapour flow rate. The regulator range is determined.by characteristics of flowmeters and control valve. Measures are taken to ensUre normal operation of the reactor in the required range of loadings of 15-100%
