Sufficient conditions for the stability of the confinement of a plasma cylinder

Description

The spatial distribution of neoclassical ion diffusion fluxes over the surface of the first wall of a tokamak is calculated. In an axisymmetric magnetic field, the distribution of the greater part of the flux is universal, independent of the volume distributions of the source strength and the particle diffusion coefficient
