Simulation without experimentations, the dangerous bet
Creators
Description
Here is discussed the French position of choosing simulation without any experimentation. The PALEN programme is it able to answer to any questions that the French nuclear deterrence needs. The choice of giving up to nuclear experiments, even of very low power, seems to discredit the French independence or at least seems to be a dangerous bet. (N.C.). 2 refs
