Application of PET technique in gene imaging research

With the development of gene research, the PET technique has played more and more important role in the gene imaging. The development of antisense imaging and report gene imaging including enzyme, receptor, transporter and antisense technology in DNA (RNA) are described as well as the problems and prospect of gene imaging are also pointed out.
