Variation on transport properties in plasma edge of the TBR-1 tokamak due to magnetic field actions

Description
The results obtained from studies on particle and energy transport in plasma edge of TBR-1 tokamak are presented. In this region, helical magnetic fields of helicity m/n = 4/1 and variable intensities: helical current Ih 0, 150, 250, 350 and 450 A were applied. The floating plasma potential (Vf), electron temperature (Te), plasma potential (Vp) and plasma density (Mo) were measured using Langmuir probes. (M.C.K.)
