Description
Labelling Immunoglobulin (IgG) with sup(113m)In through a bifunctional chelating agent DTPA is described. IgG at a concentration of 16 mg/ml was reacted with cyclic DTPA anhydride (cDTPAA) at pH 8.2 using borate buffer. Unreacted hydrolysed DTPA was removed by gel filtration. Purified IgG was labelled with sup(113m)In eluted from 113Sn - sup(113m)In generator. Labelling efficiency was upto 80 per cent. (author)
