Effect of HfN microadditions on the microstructure and super conducting properties of (Bi,Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10+x ceramics

Description
Interaction of ultradispersed hafnium nitride with Bi-2223 in the process of high-temperature sintering (840-850 deg C), morphology of superconducting matrix grains and precipitations, density of ceramics, were studied. Chemical composition of the phases, specific features of magnetic field permittivity dynamics, as well as superconducting properties, were considered. The experimental results obtained suggest positive effect of ultradispersed additions of hafnium nitride in the range of concentrations 0.05-0.1 wt. % on critical current density, magnetization, density and thermal stability of Bi-2223 ceramics

Изучены взаимодействие ультрадисперсного нитрида гафния с Bi-2223 в процессе высокотемпературного спекания (840-850 град С), морфология зерен сверхпроводящей матрицы и выделений, плотность керамики. Исследован химический состав фаз, особенности динамики проникновения магнитного поля, а также сверхпроводящие свойства. Полученные экспериментальные результаты свидетельствуют о положительном влияниии ультрадисперсных добавок, нитрида гафния в области концентраций 0.05-0.1 мас. % на плотность критического тока, намагниченность, плотность и термостабильность керамики Bi-2223Additional details
