Information about influence of the Mochovce NPP on the environment, September 2014

In this paper results of radiation monitoring of Mochovce NPP Units 1 and 2 are presented. The radioactive effluents into atmosphere within September 2014 were: 4.162 MBq of aerosols, 0.042 MBq of iodine-131, 0.109 TBq of rare gases, 1487 GBq of Tritium and 1.231 MBq of other radionuclides. For the period January - September 2014 these radioactive effluents into atmosphere represented 7.699 MBq of aerosols (0.00453% of annually limit), 0.385 MBq of iodine-131 (0.000575% of annually limit), 0.966 TBq of rare gases (0.0236% of annually limit), 8059 GBq of Tritium (67.16% of annually limit), 5.798 MBq of other radionuclides (0.527% of annually limit). Dose equivalent rates for the villages in surroundings of the Mochovce NPP in September 2014 are published. No limits set up by regulatory bodies were exceeded.
