Reactor container

Description

Purpose: To prevent backling and thereby improve the safety of a steel liner by increasing the number of supports and providing more strength to the steel liner and the concrete structure. Constitution: A reactor container has an inner steel liner and an outer concrete structure. The base structural material for the steel liner are embedded and fixed by a plurality of anchor bolts. The steel liner is welded and supported by the libs of the basic structural materials and blocking members for the leak test are welded covering the welding portions. Consequently, the welding connection portions between the steel liner and the basic structural materials are increased to provide more strength. Moreover, both of the projections of the basic structural materials and the steel liner, and the blocking members are welded together to act as reinforcing structural materials, whereby the steel liner is more intensely anchored to the concrete structure to prevent the backling.
