Description
Methods of pH-metry, electric conductivity and residual concentrations have been applied to study the Zn(NO3)2-In(NO3)3-Na2WO4-H2O system under equilibrium conditions. Irrespective of Zn2+:In3+ ratio in the initial solution a mixture of mean zinc and indium tungstates forms in the system. The behaviour of separated sediments during heating is studied. Using the methods of X-ray phase analysis of samples tempered at 800 deg C for 50 hours the formation of solid solutions both on the basis of medium zinc tungstate and medium indium tungstate is established
