Injection and thermally activated currents in (Ga2S3)1-x(Eu2O3)x:Ce single crystals were investigated. Activation energy and trap concentration, as well as concentration of equilibrium carriers were calculated. Recombination mechanism was determined. 9 refs.; 3 figs
