Description
Suitable method for synthesis of 5-chloromethylene derivatives of imidazo-[2.1-b]-1.3.4-thiadiazole has been considered. The optimal conditions of chloromethylation for the system of bicyclic derivatives of imidazo-[2.1-b]-1.3.4-thiadiazole have been defined. The reaction ability of 5 H-imidazol fragment of 1 compound has been studied. The control of reaction process has been carried out by means of chromatography.
