The effects of lithium and lymphocytes on hemopoiesis

Description
The regulation effects of lithium and lymphocytes on hemopoiesis were studied in three groups of experiment. The data obtained from these experiments showed that: (1) There occurred four kinds of reaction of patients lymphocytes to PHA and ConA in vitro; (2) Lithium could induce CFU-S to proliferate and differentiate directly or indirectly; (3) The suppressive effect of lithium upon Ts cells was stronger than upon TH cells, so it could directly regulate the inhibitory effects of Ts cells upon hemopoietic cells
