Diffusion rate at the growth of macrodefects in ensembles
Description
Complete system of equations, describibg diffusion flux to any macrodefect from ensemble in approximation of self-consistent diffusion field for finite size particles was formulated. Rates of change of sizes of macrodefects, representing chemical compound of arbitrary content, were determined with account of all mentioned factors
