Stabilization of domain boundaries and guidance of uniaxial anisotropy in Co81.5Mo9.5Zr9 amorphous alloy

Description

The regularities of magnetic consequence effects in the amorphous alloy Co-Mo-Zr are found as well as the regularity of single-axis magnetic anisotropy during thermomagnetic treatment. It is found that in the Co81.5Mo9.5Zr9 the directed ordering is characterized by greatly differing relaxation parameters at low (∼200 deg C) and high (∼350 deg C) temperatures. High-temperature annealing weakens the directed ordering due to the decrease in the number of relaxation centres, its effect is higher on low-temperature relaxation than on high-temperature. The slowing down of directed ordering due to annealing permits to increase temperature-time stability of hysteresis magnetic properties
