Description
The paper will detail recent experience and advances in nuclear forensics at the Federal Office for Radiation Protection in Germany. The challenges of maintaining a deployment-ready capability will be summarized and shared in this contribution, in order to contribute to lessons learned and good practice. In order to further this exchange, the equipment of the measurement team and the training and exercise programme of the BfS for nuclear forensics will be presented. (author)
