Muon catalysis rates in high density dt mixtures
Creators
- 1. Idaho National Engineering Lab. (USA)
Description
The temperature dependence of muon-catalyzed d-t fusion in the range 100 to 540K was reported earlier. The authors now extended the measurements down to 27K (d-t liquid) and up to 800K. Resonant dtμ-molecular formation rates for D/sub 2/ and DT target molecules differ greatly over the extended temperature range
