Neutron activation analysis of cadmium telluride

Description
The neutron activation analysis of cadmium telluride for separating the impurities of ion-exchange and extraction chromatography from an irradiated sample, has been developed. This technique enables the determination of 9 impurity elements with the detection limit from 4x10-5% to 1x10-7%. (author)
