On the FMR linewidth in calcium-doped YIG films

Description
FMR measurements at the K band were performed on Ca-doped YIG films. The size dependence of the FMR lineshape and linewidth was attributed to an inhomogeneous stress-induced anisotropy. Two distinct types of temperature dependence of the linewidth were observed, probably corresponding to Fe4+ and O- compensating centers. ((orig.))
