Copper vapour's laser and matrice of 3500 MOSFET transistors: Reliability
Description
Copper Vapour Laser (CVL) is an impulse gas laser generating two wavelengths within green and yellow (510 nm and 578 nm). This laser allows the pumping of colouring laser chains of high power on the plants of isotope separation process by laser. SILVA, which is developed at the French Atomic Commissariat, in association with Cogema. (author)
