Description

The possibility of high-temperature extraction of rhenium from sulfuric acid solutions with trialkylamines (TAA) using paraffin as a diluent of the extraction system is investigated. The influence of various factors on the degree of rhenium extraction is studied. It is shown that the optimum conditions of rhenium extraction with melt are the following: concentration of sulfuric acid 200-400 g/l, temperature 60-70 deg, extraction time 3-5 min., organic and aqueous phases volume ratio from 1:1 to1:10, at the content in organic phase of 10% of TAA and 10% n-heptanol
