Spectra of α particles from the (pα) and (tα) reactions on the 237Np nuclei
Description
Spectra of α particles from concurrent fission (pα) and (tα) reactions on the sup(237)Np nuclei at the bombarding particle energy ranged from 8.5 to 12 MeV. The integral yield of α particles from the (pα) reaction at the energy E=11 MeV doesn't exceed 10% of the sup(238)Pu ternary fission α particle yield. A great role of the straight process of the (tα) reaction procedure mechanism is marked. Isup(π)=4sup(+) and 6+ states are weakly populated, and 0+ and 2+ low-lying excited states are not practically populated
