Characteristics of 3-d metal chloride complexes in fused salts based on electron spectroscopy data
Description
The spectral characteristics were determined experimentally in 3d metal chloride melts. The regularities of the electronic and geometric structures of the dominant chloride complexes and the nature of the chemical bond with the chloride ion are explained in terms of ligand field theory
