Description
this paper summarizes The large uranium hexafluoride container cleaning process, introduces the current domestic and foreign status quo of uranium hexafluoride container cleaning process,and detailed introduces the three dimensional nozzle of high pressure water cleaning process for the theory, basic flow and constitution of the plant structure. Using three dimensional high pressure water quota head to clean uranium hexafluoride containers can avoid the use of sodium carbonate solution and hydrogen peroxide. Amount of liquid reduce sharply. When the container finished cleaning, use camera testing agency to test, it solved the difficult problem of container observation inconvenience, could observe the inner wall of the container in different parts of cleaning, remote production monitor and control quality traceability. Verified by production practice, the high-pressure water three dimensional nozzle cleaning technology compared with traditional uranium hexafluoride container cleaning process, the cleaning effect is completely meet the standard requirements, improve the production efficiency, does not use chemical cleaning agents, decrease waste liquor is about 80%, achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
