The paper tries about a case of patient that suffered supracondilea fracture of the right humeral, located on a radiolucide lesion of cystic aspect; boarding anterolateral of the humeral, biopsy was made opened up by freezing, curettage of the cyst, ipsilateral fibula implant and resection in the superior part of the humeral
