Exploration and practice for system take over for temporary operation in nuclear power plant

In engineering procurement construction, in order to take over a lot of systems for temporary operation, the nuclear power plant operation department developed a specialized management mode which can solve such problems include the inconvenience of communication due to shift work, heavy tasks for each operation personnel and poor quality. In order to carry out this specialized management mode, special organizations have to be set up, enough staff shall be provided with clear division of responsibility, a complete set of management procedures, process control and quality assurance methods shall be developed. For the problem of poor quality of previous system takeover, corresponding solutions or measures are determined. Now, this specialized management mode has been successfully implemented in Unit 3 of Fuqing NPP and achieved good results. (author)
