Description
The paper describes the method of measuring the thickness of the oxide layer by laser 'perforation and probing'; the accuracy of the method as well as possible errors are assessed, and possible applications are pointed out. A lot of experience has already been gained by using this kind of equipment, in particular in the field of reactors; the report describes the conclusions drawn on this basis, in particular with regard to possible future developments. In der Arbeit wird das Verfahren der Oxiddickenmessung durch 'Lochen und Sondieren' mit Laserstrahlen beschrieben; die Genauigkeit des Verfahrens und etwaige Fehler werden betrachtet und die Anwendungsmoeglichkeiten aufgezeigt. Betraechtliche Erfahrungen, vor allem bei Reaktoren, wurden mittels dieses Geraets bisher gesammelt; in dem Bericht werden die gezogenen Lehren, unter besonderer Beruecksichtigung der moeglichen zukuenftigen Entwicklung, beschrieben.
