Annealing effect in hydrogen atmosphere on magnetic properties of ion-implanted YIG thin films

  • 1. Waseda Univ., Tokyo (Japan). Dept. of Physics

Description

Ferromagnetic resonance field Hr of He+-implanted layer of YIG films and ΔHp, a photoinduced change of Hr, increase remarkably in annealing with hydrogen, and recover in annealing with air, alternately. An origin of the large in-plane magnetic anisotropy presented by Hr is discussed with Fe2+ ions revealed in the photoinduced change
