Stimulated oxidation of Si(001) surface with the pre-adsorbed submonolayer coverage of chromium
- 1. Kyiv National University, Kyiv (Ukraine)
Description
In this article the investigation of the molecular oxygen interaction with Si(001) surface covered by the pre-adsorbed submonolayer of chromium at exposures from 1 to 500L (Langmuir) at room temperature before and after annealing at 450 degree C was studied. The dependence of sticking coefficient for the molecular oxygen versus exposition for submonolayer coverage chromium on the Si(001) surface and system Cr/Si(001)+450 degree C+O2 was obtained.
