Temperature dependence of photoluminescence excitation spectra in Cd/sub 1-x/Mn/sub x/Te
Description
The temperature dependence of the photoluminescence excitation (PLE) spectra of the B, C, and D bands in Cd/sub 1-x/Mn/sub x/Te (0.2 <= x =< 0.7) have been investigated in the temperature range from 10 to 150 K. The experimental results show that the PL bands B and C (D) are excited independently at low temperatures. At temperatures T > 40 K the connection between the respective luminescence centres arises caused by resonant transfer of excitation energy
