Reactor container
Description
In a reactor container of a BWR type reactor, a diaphragm floor is formed by a steel member, and the inner edge is supported by the upper end of a pedestal, and the outer edge is passed through a steel plate vessel and supported on a building. Further, the diaphragm floor has a frame body comprising radial beams laid between the pedestal and the building, and lateral beams and sealing steel plates attached to the upper surface of the frame body. Then, operation for disposing reinforcing rods or placing concrete are no more necessary and, since the outer edge of the diaphragm floor is passed through the steel plate vessel and supported on the building, column supports and receiving beams for supporting the own weight of the diaphragm and the weight of equipments placed thereon are unnecessary.
