Electrophoretic deposition of Bi-based superconductors with Tc near 80K

Description
This paper reports on the electrophoretic deposition technique applied to Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy. With suitable processing conditions, the resulting thick films have smooth surfaces without cracks, and exhibit well defined superconducting transitions near 80 K
