On the possibility of high-energy nuclear collective states induced in heavy-ion reaction
Description
It is suggested that the existence of high-energy (approximately 100 MeV) nuclear intrinsic collective states, induced during heavy ion reactions, can account for the experimental features of strongly damped collisions. (author)
