Magnetic properties of multilayer films (Fe/Mo)10, obtained by magnetron spraying
- 1. Dal'nevostochnyj Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Nauchno-Issledovatel'skij Fiziko-Tekhnicheskij Inst, Vladivostok (Russian Federation)
Description
Magnetic properties of multilayer composition-modulated (Fe/Mo)10 films depending on Fe and Mo layer thickness are investigated. It is shown that coercive force and effective magnetization of multilayer polycrystalline Fe/Mo films depend notably on the iron layer thickness and dependences on molybdenum layer thickness are observed only within 0-2 nm interval. 5 refs., 2 figs
