Development of preprocessing system for non-stationary reactor noise data recording

Description
This report is concerned with the signal preprocessing techniques used in an on-line data recording system developed for acquisition of non-stationary reactor noise signals. The reactor noise signals recording requires signal preprocessings such as (1) separating the signal into fluctuation and dc-component and (2) amplifying the fluctuation with an optimal gain. However, conventional signal preprocessors using analog devices could not work well for the non-stationary signals. By applying a digital signal processing technique, the author has developed a new signal separator which is capable of changing the type and characteristics of filters depending on the signal properties. A filter-amplifier with function of searching for the optimal gain has been also developed. Both equipments were tested through data recording of simulated and real reactor noise signals. The test results show that these equipments make it possible to record the noise signals not only in the case where the dc-component slowly changes but also in the case where it changes rapidly with a large amplitude. 本報告は、非定常炉雑音信号の収録用に開発したオンライン·データ収録システムに使用した前処理技術に関するものである。炉雑音信号の収録には、(i)ゆらぎ成分とDC成分の分離、(ii)最適なゲインによるゆらぎ成分の増幅、といった前処理が必要である。ところが、アナログ素子を用いた従来の前処理器は、非定常信号にうまく対応できなかった。このため、筆者は、DC成分の分離にディジタル信号処理を応用し、信号の性質に応じてフィルタの種類や特性を切り替えることのできる新しい分離装置を開発した。さらに、ゆらぎの増幅に必要な最適ゲインを自動的に探索する機能を持つフィルタ·アンプを開発した。模擬信号や実際の炉雑音信号のデータ収録を通じて、これらの装置の試験を行い、DC成分がゆっくりと変動する場合はもちろんの事、大きな変動幅で急峻に変動する場合でも、実用的に収録できることが分った。 (日本)Additional details
