Mathematical simulation of uranium ore-forming process during interaction of two infiltration flows
Description
Mathematical simulation of dynamics of uranium ore-forming process associated with interaction of oxygen-bearing stratal waters and ascending reduction solutions is carried out. The formulated two-dimensional model describes hydrodynamic transport, filtration dispersion and kinetics of chemical reactions following ore deposition. The calculaion results revealed that zone of uranium deposition shifted relatively to the boundary of hydraulic separation of two heterogeneous solutions towards prevalence of oxidizing sitration and having morphology of upper side of ''bakward roll'' in the section occurs at the ''joint'' process of ore forming. Analysis of consequences from the suggested model permits to evaluate relative role of some factors including hydrodynamic ones, promoting completeness of uranium deposition from the solution and localization of the deposition zone
