Description

Sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) are domesticated under the conditions of different pH values and sulfate ion concentrations, and the decontaminating effect of SRB on the groundwater simulating in-situ leach uranium mines is studied. The result shows that both the sulfate ion and heavy metal ions in the water can be removed by the metabolizing role of SRB. (authors)
