A degree adjusting system for spiral electrostatic deflector of SFC

Description
After the ion beam enters level plane of SFC through a spiral electrostatic deflector in order to fit in the different ions and get the higher injecting efficiency, the injecting degree of beams need to be changed in the level plane over a range of 0 degree∼30 degree by adjusting the direction of the spiral electrostatic deflector. The adjusting system is based on the CAMAC serial loop for the control system of SFC
